Clove has been a central ingredient in dental products, gum, and candy for centuries, primarily for the benefits it embodies. Clove contains a high concentration of eugenol which makes it a very stimulating oil to use in massage therapy. Uses:
Apply 1 drop to toothpaste before brushing
Add 1 drop to a small glass of water and use as a mouthwashPlace 1-2 drops in a veggie cap and take as a daily supplement


Directions for Use:

Internal use: Dilute 1 drop for every 4-fl. oz. of liquid.

CLOVE ESSENTIAL OIL RECIPES

1.
Wassail
Ingredients: 8 cinnamon sticks, for garnish, 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg, 2 drops Cinnamon Bark oil, 2 drops Lemon oil, 2 drops Wild Orange oil, 1 drop Clove oil, 1 cup fresh ,cranberries, for garnish, 1 orange, thinly sliced, 1 lemon, thinly sliced, 1 quart cranberry juice, ½ quart apple juice, ½ quart orange juice, ½ cup honey, plus more to taste
​Instructions: Combine all ingredients except those for garnish in a pot and place over medium heat. Bring contents of pot to a gentle simmer for at least 60 minutes. Taste test; add more honey and/or essential oils if so desired. Serve immediately, refrigerate leftovers.

Winter White Hot Chocolate
Ingredients: 2–3 ounces roughly chopped white chocolate, 1–2 drops Clove oil, 1–2 drops Cinnamon Bark oil, 1 ½ cups almond milk, ½ cup canned pumpkin puree, ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, ½ teaspoon vanilla, Pinch of sea salt, optional
​Instructions: Combine pumpkin, spices, and milk in a small sauce pan and place over medium heat. Stir frequently until it begins to simmer. Remove from stove and add chocolate, reserving some to use as garnish. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and shaved white chocolate. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Pumpkin Cookies
Ingredients: 3 drops Cinnamon Bark oil, 2 drops Ginger oil, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1 drop Clove oil, 1 cup canned pumpkin, ½ cup non hydrogenated vegetable shortening, ½ cup sugar, ½ cup packed brown sugar, ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg, ½ teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon salt, Optional: 1 cup pumpkin seeds
​Instructions: Place pumpkin in a sauce pan and place over medium heat for 30-45 minutes. Stir until pumpkin has been reduced to ½ cup. Set aside and let it cool. Combine sugars and shortening until a light and fluffy mixture is achieved. Add vanilla, essential oils, and pumpkin. Sift dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Preheat oven to 350° F.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Roll dough into balls and place on baking sheets. Flatten dough balls with back of spoon. Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes. Transfer to cooling rack.

Pumpkin Butter
Ingredients: 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 29-ounce can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling), 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1 toothpick Ginger oil, 1 toothpick Cinnamon Bark oil, 1 toothpick Clove oil, ⅔ cup coconut sugar (or substitute organic brown sugar), ½ cup unsweetened apple juice, ¼ cup grade-A maple syrup
​Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan and place over medium heat. Stir frequently. When mixture begins to bubble, reduce heat and let simmer. Cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently. Taste test and add spices if desired. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Use immediately, or store in refrigerator for up to 14 days. Use butter on muffins, toast, pancakes, waffles, scones, etc.
